That is just lazy! and i would imagine that it makes the bananas spoil faster. I bet they cost more too since they have to pay for the wrapping

I'd steer clear of a banana that was already peeled. Chances are it's rotted, hard or (if packaged) probably stale.

Well you can usually tell a banana's already been peeled because they quickly turn brown and then black. That's why when making a banana cream pie, the ones on top go on at the very last minute.
