    Oh dear gawd, the father needs to be institutionalized for his life. Not prison, but a mental institution. Forget that the baby was in the car for how long? Did no one walk past the car and see the baby in the vehicle? If he is lucky the baby's mother will not kill him before he gets to the institution!
