the original was loosely based on killer Ed Gein. I would rather see a more realistic movie involving Ed Gein... how he killed, picked his victims. That would be more terrifying than continuing a story we now laugh at

I wonder why they say in the re-make its based on the Hewitt family? From the trailers I have seen its a different story but inspired from the first movie. I want to see it.
