| My son was pretty cute 8 years ago when he spoke a bit about the election. He spent the night at one of our friend's homes who was a big hunter and my son came home with the facts about who was protecting the rights of hunters on a local level. He knew more facts about it than I did as hunting is not a passion of mine.
He also wanted to know why certain politicians did not want to let Jess and Kim (a lesbian couple we knew) get married. That wasn't cute, though. It was heartbreaking because he looked at it so innocently and it was so hard to explain why some people thought it was wrong. | |
