As an adult, have you ever attended a kids party?

Yep. Black folks'll turn a kids party into an adult one quickfast.

Of course, I have many nieces and nephews, and friends have kids.

Re: Kids parties
Oh, yeah, a ton. And being totally honest, I don't enjoy them. Because even if the adults are chatting and enjoying their time, that always equates to select parents not watching their kids properly and that drives me batty.

Re: Kids parties
Been to way to many of those over the years. It got to the point where there was at least one or two birthday parties each weekend when my daughter was younger, and I finally put my foot down and said no more. I got tired of all my money going out the door, for everyone else's kid but my own, got sick of driving all over to different towns, then having to sit around and wait at some loud, obnoxious theme-party venue, where everyone's trying to outdo the last party, with how much can we "wow" them now.
Glad those days are over. . . .

My sister gave my nephew a big birthday party when he turned four. I went to that. I think there were more adults there than kids.
