    Hi Everybody,

    This is truly an amazing read! Marya Hornbacher tells of her battles with Bipolar Disorder and in this book she leaves no stone unturned. All the ugly details are laid out for the reader to read, including self-mutiliation (one instance in which she is unsure whether or not it was a suicide attempt), numerous psychiatric hospitilizations, shock treatments and her alcohol addiction.

    Has anyone else read this?

    I highly suggest it!

    Yeah, she's not all that well known even though her first book ("Wasted") was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize. Kind of an unknown talent in my opinion.

    By the way, I've been meaning to say I like that moving photo (or whatever you call it) of Jack Torrence. I wouldn't want to be stuck in a stranded hotel with him! eeek!
