    By J.J. Connolly. The sequal to Layer Cake that was made into a movie with Daniel Craig not long ago. He was able to write it because Layer Cake the novel ends differently than layer Cake the movie. Loved all three...the movie and two books. LOL, it's almost like reading A Clockwork Orange only without the glossary in the back with all the Cockney rhyming slang.
