There's a place in Missouri called the St. Louis Bread Factory that has those. I like them.

with beef stew or chicken corn chowder its awesome! there was a place in San Diego that made great ones--- Prospectors i think it was. Quizno's are decent too... although they closed down around me

I really like these! I order them with salads - eat the salad right up out of the bowl and then butter up the bowl some and eat that.

No never had one but they look good. Something to be on the look out for if ever I eat at Panera bread.
