Cool for her. And as my mother pointed out, not bad considering she didn't go into all the campaigning like Romney and Obama did.

People sometimes are just fed up & rather than not vote at all will vote for a third, fourth or fifth party. I think it was Rachel Maddow who said there was an election a few years ago where the ballot had the D & R plus "none of the above" as an option & "none of the above" actually "won". lol

If dead people can win, then I'm not surprised.

That is just a goddamn shame! 8,000 people had nothing else better to do than go out and waste a vote on an unqualified comedian?

Crazy. In the Portland mayoral election before this one, one of my coworkers voted for Mickey Mouse. Judging from the idiot who won, I think she voted for the right rodent.

I don't agree with their choice...in fact if she had won I probably would sound a lot like Donald Trump but at least they made the effort. She might have gotten more votes then that. Only a hand full of states report results for everyone who received a vote.

I remember in elementary school when the teacher explained to us that technically Garfield the cat could win the presidential election. I really didn't fully understand and thought about it a lot!
Those casting those goofy votes don't really bother me because I like to think if they are actually showing up to vote, they do care about other issues on the ballot and cast goofy for president because they can't decide, so instead opt to be goofy about it.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous. It's not "cute" or "cool". If people aren't going to vote for a candidate who's actually running for president then they shouldn't bother to haul their asses to the polling place. What a waste.

That's cute and all but just the idea of her in a presidential race is a laugh.
Basically. I saw her name on my ballot and was like "what the fuck is this?"
