Not to be a debbie downer, but spring for the extended warranty. I have had problems with every electronic device and gadget I have ever got on black Friday. It's prob. just my dumb luck, but seriously, every item that was electronic...from the $5 Walmart coffee pot to the $350 television.

Thanks Red, now I'm nervous about buying a TV on Black Friday.

But I heard about 2 good deals...starting @ 10 pm, Wal-Mart will be selling 32 inch flat screens for $148, BUT starting at midnight Best Buy will be selling 40 inch flat screens for $178.
I really want the bigger one!! So we'll see.

I actually work 9a-3p on Black Friday, but I do plan on going around maybe doing a little christmas shopping for others and myself.

Black Friday is a great day to shop after 10AM.

No plans to shop at ALL tomorrow.

We just got home from Thanksgiving at our friend's house and had to drive passed a Walmart near us. The line was unreal. Craziness.

yep... and our best buys has had people camped out for literally a week for that TV. They only have so many to give out at each store. Its a great price, but the one college student says his mom brings him food and stands in line for him when he goes to the bathroom... then she leaves for work... what if he has to poop while she is at work??? eeewwwww

^^ I heard about that too W2Laugh... Which is why I opted going for the 32 inch tonight and I GOT IT!!! Reason why I went to Wal-Mart is because, if you were in line with a ticket, and they ran out of stock, they would still ship the TV to the store for the sale price. So I had better chances with them. It worked out real good because...

I was in and out of Wal-Mart in less than an hour and...I walked out with my TV!!!

CeCe one Black friday I made the mistake of going to a mall. When I realized the stores were packed I decided to call it a day, I am just not into crazy people with their eyes bugging out going a bit insane. When I tried to leave the parking lot cars were coming in ever single direction and it took me over an hour and a half just to get out of the parking lot. That cured me of Black Friday shopping.

Pulling a gun....well yeah there are a bunch of idiots out there that is why you have to be very careful.
