Nose piercings bother me to think about. Who needs metal booger inside their nose? 
Lip piercings seem uncomfortable and bother me to look at.
Eyebrow piercings are cool, no more bothersome than pierced earlobes because they just sit there on an unused part of the face.

Depends largely on the person. I almost got an eyebrow piercing once.
