Yes, kinda sad but common story.
We were all cute, vibrant kids once. Then we got (or are still getting) old.
When I talk to my mom who has alzheimer's it is sometimes OK, she stays in our reality and other times it's her own reality, which involves ppl long dead that she just talked to.
