Loud noise bothers me, but I don't complain about it until night time.

I haven't a problem like that in such a long time.
But, I can usually tune it out for the most part. Cause I like to bump my music, and have company over. Always had an understanding with neighbors that if it gets to be too much, just let us know, and we will comply, and vice versa.

It doesn't happen very often with us. If we can't hear the TV, we just turn it up.

I think Jay is about to talk to the neighbor across the street. He works second shift and then comes home and plays with his dog in the front yard at one or two in the morn. It's waking Jay up and he's getting so pissed.

Fortunately for me, I have pretty good neighbors. But I can sometimes hear what's going on upstairs but it's not too crazy so I can tune it out for the most part.

We don't have that problem, our neighbors are all older except the teenager next door. She lives with her mother and so far she has never had a party, or turned her music up loud.
