    How's your eating been during this holiday season? Have you been eating more junk food and snacks than usual?

    Usually not so much during the season but I have a lot of stuff that I either buy or make to eat on Christmas Day.

    Ppl at work bring in these canisters of cookies, both chocolate covered and Danish made with too much butter. I try to refrain from eating too much of it, but it is more than my normal quota of empty calories and fat.

    We make sugar cookies, fudge, fruitcake (shut up), peanut butter Ritz dipped in chocolate bark, bark covered pretzels, and buy petit fours and mint truffle Hershey kisses, what do you think? And THEN there's the Christmas Eve party finger food buffet.

    Yes. I have 2 bowls of Hershey's miniature holiday chocolates sitting on my living room table and just ate about 5 of them.

    I plan on making fudge AND brownies. I even woke up one day and said "I'm gonna eat these cookies momma made RIGHT NOW" just cuz I could.

    I dont really eat that much different than I normally do. My meds have made it where I dont eat anything anymore, blah. But being a vegetarian helps... no chowing down on a ton of meat Wink

    Dad gets so many cookies and candies given to him and sends it home with us. You wouldn't believe the pile of junk I have here right now. I did eat a lot of junk yesterday at his place.
