| I like the bed of spaghetti on the plate covered with the sauce, sprinkled with cheese.
But if leftovers, they get mixed. | |

| I add the sauce to pasta on the plate not in the pan. But it is nice to switch it up once in a while. | |

| When I strain the spaghetti I have a bowl waiting on the side. I put a ladle of gravy on the bottom of the bowl first, then dump the pasta in it. While its in the bowl I ladle on more gravy, mix it up so the pasta does not stick together then I take out what I want, put it on my plate and put as much gravy as I like on it. I like my pasta swimming in gravy LOL | |
