When you wash your hair, do you always thoroughly dry it with a towel or do you let it air dry?

My hair is too short to need to do anything more than rub a towel across my head once.

I usually dry it with a towel and then let it air dry.

When it was long I always had to wrap it up in a towel, now I just brush over it with the towel enough that it won't be dripping down my neck and then yeah, air dry. I always HATED the hair dryer, I hated the noise, hated the hot air blowing on my neck, hated it all.

Sometimes I let it dry naturally, but I dry my hair with a hair dryer.

I'll let my hair dry naturally sometimes, meaning no blow dryer. I have a natural wave/curl to my hair, so I will put in some gel and frizz control if I will be leaving it like that. If I'm going to curl/straighten it, then I will take blow dryer to it.

Depends on how long it is, and whether or not I intend to "style" it. Sometimes, my hair needs to still be damp if I use gel. Otherwise, I'll dry it throughout. And if it is really short, I can just let it air dry.
