Do you like having your food cooked with the seasonings, or do you prefer to add it after the fact?

Most of the time after the fact. Depends really on what it is.

Some seasonings have to be cooked into the food. If someone wants to add condiments that should be up to them, but don't be putting them on my food.

Depending on the food, some before and some after. I usually don't add much salt during cooking.

Cooked with the seasonings. Nothing pisses me off more than having unseasoned or under seasoned food, then I would have to add something to it after the fact.

Marinades need to penetrate before cooking but usually if I'm getting a steak I have them leave off that seasoned dollop of butter. Not sure why that caught on everywhere.

    co-signs
I don't like having to go back and finish preparing the food because whoever made it was being too stingy with the seasoning.
