    When companies lure talent away from competitors, do you see it as being sly/competitive or unethical?

    I guess it's pretty much business as usual. Depending on the industry, an employer would be foolish not to get something in writing from the emloyee at the time they're hired about not taking clients with them when they leave or some non-compete agreement if they're enforcable in that state.
