Price? Quality? Convenience? I love shopping online but sometimes when it comes to clothing I am a bit skeptical on quality.

Basically all three. It's easy to find something for a good price and I read any reviews that are available. I can't recall a problem (that couldn't be resolved to my satisfaction) with anything I ordered on line. Amazon is great and I like L.L. Bean too for some clothes.

I gotta say all three as well. The perk of shopping online is that I get to comparison shop and read reviews. When I go into a store, I'm more likely to buy something that I'm not one-hundred percent sure of, simply because I don't want to leave empty handed.

My last purchase the Sony 3D blue Ray player was based solely on the reviews of the item. Reviews usually sell me the product or not.

It's usually for something that I can't find easily in stores. Or if it's considerably cheaper that way.
I did recently get quite unhappy when I received my package and the manual is all in Spanish. Emails bounced from one asshat to another. Finally I went to the manufacturer's website and downloaded/printed a manual.

I check reviews on the company and only place orders from reputable companies for products with good reviews. I rarely buy clothing online because I don't want the bother or the expense of returning it.

Same here. I usually try on clothes before I buy them, and I'm hard to fit in shoes. I really hate returning things via shipping.

Got to agree all three are important. Amazon is probably the best company I've done business with.

Convenience. I like that online you can add things to your wish list and buy it when you're ready.

That I'm able to return it.
