I was surprised by the lack of worry too, given Jessica's history. I know they mentioned that medical condition she has that she needs to be treated for, but it was just a passing reference. Not sure anyone has done anything about it since. With Jessica as mom, we're guaranteed to have a high-drama pregnancy and delivery - that's for sure.

Plus she has Hep-C.
As stated, all Jessica's pregnancies had come by way of seedy circumstance and have either been accompanied by her loose sanity, or she goes crazy immediately after. Now she doesn't know who the father of her unborn child is again (she went through that with Bree) and if it proves to be Ford's and/or when she learns that Natalie could be carrying Brody's baby, please...we all know she could flip out and start lapsing into other homicidal persons.

Truth be told, Jessica needs to be somewhere locked up. They are so fragrantly liberal with her, and are basically her enablers.
