    What do you think the likelihood of you ever getting married is?

    I doubt I ever will. I just don't wanna be legally tied down to anyone. Marriage is too much of a corporation for my taste.

    Got to agree. I'm working on getting my own life in order, why would I want another person around to mess that up? Then everything has to be a decision between two people instead of you just decide something and go with it. Besides, I have no desire to share a bed with any man, as it is there's only room for me and my things on it now.

    I was engaged off/on all throughout my twenties, but for whatever reason we just couldn't make it happen. That experience has put marriage on the backburner for me. I don't rule it out, but I'm in no rush.

    Pretty much. I used to say all the time that I'll prob. never get married but as I get older, it's like....who knows, maybe. I do know that I would like to settle down eventually, but I don't necessarily have to have a piece of paper to do so.

    The likelihood of me getting married is very slim, I enjoy my freedom too much but that is not to say that if I met someone that I fell totally in love with, I would make a firm commitment.

    I was married for 9 and a half years. As of now my preference is to never bother with that again. I'm content with dating and committing, but I'm not signing another marriage license any time soon.

    It's hard to say! I'm in no rush. If the right person came along, then I don't think I'd have a problem being committed to him, but if the right person doesn't come along, I think I'd be okay with that too.

    I was never interested in the whole marriage thing, I'm too much of an independent "come & go as I please" type. so (to my parents chagrin) I doubt I ever will take that plunge. It isn't for me. I enjoy my freedom.

    My "husband" and I are not married. I just can't ever see myself getting married. But we are together in every sense, less the legal and religious union.

    What are the guidelines of a "common law" marriage. I can maybe see being in something like that, but a legally binded marriage isn't what I'm interested in personally.
