    Dine and ditch anyone?

    I did do it one time. Long boring story, but a jerk of a guy we knew back in the day sat with us at a diner after bar time. We were feeling pretty silly (read:drunk) and skipped out. Bad thing to do, but funny for those couple seconds. So, I guess since he probably had to pay up, not a real dine and ditch.

    Nope, and I wouldn't. I have a tendency to sit at a table that's near the register so there wouldn't be any chance of it anyway.

    Can't say that I have. As I said on the tipping thread, I've also never had service that was so bad that I left a niggardly (or no) tip either.
