I don't wait if I'm interested, I'll probably call the very next day. A few times women have been impressed when I do that, because they're used to guys pulling the three day rule on them. I don't see the point, though.

Seriously. Or later that day if I have the time. And women do appreciate it more if you actually act like you're interested. I'm not into playing games.
