I have been following it, the show is pretty good and evidently 5 million AMC viewers agree.

It's fantastic! I hate there's only 1 episode left this season & then we have to wait until fall. But at least there will be 13 next time.

It was a surprise hit for me as well as AMC. I watched the first episode and was hooked. Yeah the waiting sucks but hopefully it will be worth it.

I'd say there's more gore than fright. I really like it & can't believe it will be a year before it returns. A lot of shows do this big gap between seasons now. It's really amazing people even maintain their interest in a show these days.
The only thing I found really disappointing in The Walking Dead finale is that

- Spoiler:
- Merle did not return. Terrible waste of Michael Rooker.

Oh but he will be back in the next season, I read an extensive article on the show and it did say MR will indeed be back. The finale was really good considering it was not a cliffhanger.

I know horror is your favorite genre, Tony. I'm probably missing something good but I never cared for zombie movies.

This one is pretty good though its about survival as well and the storylines don't center around the Zombies at all times.
