We all have known deadbeat dads, I bet....but do you know of any deadbeat moms?

Oh, heck yes. And I know it is a double standard, but that burns my butt worse than knowing the dead beat dads.

Never known any personally...well one, I've known OF quite a few over the years.

Plenty - i woke in the school system and I really want to shake some of these moms. In one family, there are 16 or 17 kids, most of them with fetal alcohol syndrome. mom keeps farming them out the kids, who all have different fathers, and then farming them out to an uncle for the boys and an aunt for the girls. Two of her kids that I know of were pregnant before their 16th birthdays. what really gets me is despite it all, most of the kids are pretty decent kids - I know 4 out of the 5 who are in the high school/middle school are-range. My old school had a very at-risk population, so most of these kids were lucky if they had one parent in the home who was actually interested - two in the home was almost unheard of - and many had adults coming and going through their lives like their homes were trains stations. Lots of dead beat moms who don't deserve those kids.

When I was a kid, there used to be a teenage girl who lived next door to my grandmother who had a ton of kids. Every year you know it was spring because Jocelyn would be pregnant. I call her a deadbeat because she had like five kids by the time she was twenty-one, and they were neglected terrors.

If by deadbeat you mean they don't pay the child support they were ordered to pay, I don't know any but they are out there.
