So what the rich don't get a tax hike; the middle class doesn't(yet). Envy in America is only going to keep the poor, poor. We'll never know prosperity as long as we have such selfish and jealous attitudes.
And the constitution? As if the constitution is even a factor these days..... only when it's convenient.
