I love rodents. Have kept mice, hamsters and gerbils as pets. Want to get a rat but then have to find someone to care for it if I take off. Not the same as me taking care of someone's cats or pomeranian while they are away.

I never feel comfortable swimming in the ocean because of sharks, so when I go to the beach I stay on the beach.

I am no longer comfortable flying in large airliners. Not so much the fear of dying as those drawn out minutes on the way down knowing you are dead and listening to all the screaming. Even in a car wreck, careening out of control there is still hope that you will survive. Airplane hits the ground - hope it's all over before the cremation.

I think that is all my dread fears.

Snakes and Spiders - esp. big spiders
Balloons popping - don't like balloons much at all but that's only 'cause I HATE it when they pop
Heights if I'm not secure - if there's a railing, I'm okay, but if not, I prefer to be lying om my stomach, peaking over, and not standing to close to the edge at all
