The former. I'm the type who has great memory and there have been times I've sworn I've been someplace or seen something somewhere else before. I think it's definitely real.

I don't think it's either of those things. I think it's some kind of message from the universe (or your subconscious) that you need to stop and really pay attention to what's going on in the moment.

And who really knows what deja vu is all about. We all feel it at times and sometimes I've had it last a few minutes. A glitch in space/time continuum or a glitch in synapses in your brain, running the same post twice. IDK. I think either explanation has the same merit since IDK.
