    Last week when I was out I slip and fell on the ice, scratched my hand and part of my arm up. Now the scab is starting to form and dammit I wanna pick at it! I know that sounds gross but it's just a bad habit that started from childhood that sometimes I can't resist. Is anyone else bad about picking at their sores and scabs?

    I am terrible about picking at scabs. I try to not, as I don't heal well with scars.

    Oh yes, I do that all the time, and if I had just left that one alone in October that looked like a big stitch, I probably wouldn't have my first real scar right now on my arm.
