Should there be a minimum age for the purchasing of condoms?

Of course not. (Especially if they tell him in the mocking way you just said. ) You'll never get a 100% success rate at ANYTHING. Falling short of always working doesn't mean we should just throw our hands in the air and accept it as unavoidable. That's just lazy to me and seems like the mentality the parents who enable their kids to do whatever they want use to justify letting their kids turn into entitled snobs.
