Do you have a cut off point for dinner? For me....I don't eat dinner before 3pm or after 8pm. Before 3pm, I consider lunch hr. and if I eat "main" dinner at say 2, I'm just gonna get hungry and eat again. If I eat after 8, I'm paranoid that I won't be active enough for the rest of the day to burn it off.

I usually get off work at four o'clock, so probably between five and seven is when I eat dinner. I don't like eating past eight either.

It's ALWAYS dinner time as far as I'm concerned. 11 o'clock at night, or 1 o'clock in the afternoon, if the burgers are done, I'll have one.

Whenever I eat. I don't have a regular time and because most days I'm too tired to cook and too lazy to go out and get anything, I skip 'dinner' a lot.

Around 6 for me, or sometimes 7, occasionally later depending on what I'm doing.
