| Do you think middle schools should allow couples to kiss each other in the halls? My first girlfriend and me (7th grade) used to make out all the time in the halls for attention, and because because kissing was new for me at the time and my hormones liked it. In high school it's less of an issue because the kids are older and it's expected, but how do you feel about a pair 12 year olds making out at their lockers. Should schools permit this? | |

| A quick peck on the lips is no harm, no foul, but I don't think any school level should allow kids to swallow each others faces. That's just tacky and in poor form. | |

| I had a really bad teacher in the 6th grade and I recall making out with a boy on top of our desks, IN CLASS...She really needed to retire.
But, aside from personal experience, I don't think it's a good thing! | |

| I guess holding hands or a quick peck wouldn't hurt anyone, but anything beyond that wouldn't be appropriate. I barely think holding hands or a quick kiss is appropriate for middle-schoolers. That just seems way too young and weird to me! | |

| ITA wit those who say holding hands or a quick peck but nothing more. Some middle schoolers are only 10 when they start... where I live, anyway. There's plenty of time for kissing as they get older. | |

Same. I don't recall school admin., when I was a kid, having favorable attitude toward exaggerated spit swapping in the halls amongst students. If some teacher or school employee saw a couple putting on a show, they would have been reprimanded. | |
