Do you think it should be legally permissible for a thirteen or fourteen year old kid to be able to 'divorce' his or her parents?

It's not something to be taken lightly but yes - i think some teenagers have a right to sue their parents for divorce. Some of the stories I've heard... well - the courts don't always do enough, and some of these parents really should be charged but aren't, so yes, I think kids should have that option in extreme cases of abuse of neglect.
