Cube Steaks are a higher grade of ground beef. They are basically the hamburgers in steak form.

Cube steaks are bad about that. When they're tender they're great. But when they're tough they're not even edible. It's like trying to eat a boot.

We call them Minute steaks. If you overcook them they get very tough.
My favorite steak is Porterhouse Steak, always so nice and tender, especially on the grill!

I hate tough meat or if it's got that fatty crap on it, I don't know how anybody could stand to eat that stuff but I'm sure there are some who do.
