    I'm awful at this. I sometimes eat 2x a day, occasionally lunch and dinner. I'm too lazy to fix something up for myself if it's too early, so breakfast is out. 1/2 the time I don't wake up that early anyways. If I'm mofo lazy, then just eat once a day which I think is really bad for me.

    Yeah I do the breakfast/lunch/dinner thing. Occasionally I skip lunch, but I almost always eat breakfast. I think my job is what put me on the three meals a day track, because I get up so early.

    I eat 3 meals a day like Chris getting up so early in the morning conditioned me to eating like this.

    I just sort of snack my way through the day...Yesterday I ate

    a can of cherry coke
    half a bag of rice crisps
    3 lindt truffles
    a package of mini powdered sugar donuts
    a bowl of life
    two glasses of water with lemon
    the rest of one of my kid's angel hair pasta with smart balance and parm...
    4 strawberries


    Wow, I really suck. No wonder I am always sick sad

    I usually have one small snack for breakfast or lunch, and then a giant meal for dinner. I get so exhausted after a big meal and so if I eat one early in the day, I will be tired the rest of the day, so I like to save my big meal for the evening.

    Most people would be surprised and disgusted at their dietary habits if they kept an accurate food diary.

    My diet is pretty set.

    Workday:
    coffee & 1 low fat Orea
    hard boiled egg (boil 1 per day on Sunday night - then warm in water while drinking coffee)

    3 more Oreos with coffee at work then 10:00 coffee break with another chocolate pastry.

    For lunch - plain low fat yogurt, 4 fat free fig bars & tea

    After work:
    fat free crackers with water when getting home (salt replacement for bike ride)
    low fat cheese with red wine.

    Salad and Veggie Lasagna entree or other fast fix for supper.

    Weekend:

    Coffee and 1 Orea followed by breakfast 2 fried eggs with grits or 2-egg cheese omelet

    no lunch, snack on coffee & pastry while out

    evening eating same as weekdays. Variation on weekend as I sometimes cook.

    Most days, yes, but on weekends I tend to have a big brunch and then supper.
