Anyone have any 'beauty regimes,' or products they swear by?

My skin care regimen is pretty laidback. I just try and wash my face with simple soap and water, although my hands get dry and I have to use Curel lotion - it's the best! A little bit expensive than Jergen's, but it's worth the price.

Even though I've never had acne, I use stridex pads as a cleanser, then moisterize with Curel anti-aging lotion. Pretty much been doing that for about 10 years now. I still get carded at the bar even though I'm 33 years old, so at this point I'm going to have to swear by it. big grin

I have VERY dry skin, especially in winter, and I don't use any lotions in particular, first I used Jergens because that's what was on hand, but it was too thick, so I started trying the Suave works-for-24-hours stuff, and it seems to work alright also, but lately I've been trying a store version of Lubriderm which also works and one of those brand name with vaseline in it that BURNS when you put it on, but it also seems to work. I basically try for whatever's in my price range (I don't believe in shelling out $6 or $8 for one bottle of lotion) and that's about it.

It works for you, because I wouldn't have pegged you to be that old (although your recent declaration of having visited the jackinworld website since 1997 did make me think you were older than I thought); I was thinking approximately twenty-five.

Use a Neutrogena face wash. Strawberry (the only flavor I use) Chapstick to keep my lips moisturized from chapping and cracking. And, I think that's about it. I use just about any lotion but Palmer's Cocoa Butter is my favorite. Gotta combat that ash.
