Uh oh - I think Daniel's starting to fall for Lucy

I think Daniel is starting to fall in love with Lucy and I wonder how long Billy and Victoria will be able to keep their happy family, as I think TPTB might be building up to Daniel staking a claim on his daughter. Looking forward to seeing where this goes but I don't want o see Billy and Victoria hurt. billy's no innocent in this, but Victoria is, though I do wonder why she wasn't more suspicious about how Billy magically got a baby in no time at all.

First question Vikky should have asked is, "Why didn't the adoption people interview me, or come to inspect the house?" But the writers ask us to accept that Vikky, (Once a high profile Corporate Executive)...has become dumb when she moved into the 'Father Knows Best' house. (Where are they going with that? Or have they abandoned it?)

It's as though she sent Billy out for a loaf of bread, but he came back with a baby...she forgave him.

I see heartbreak all round over this.

I feel bad for Victoria but, she could have asked some questions .

I think it will be yet another case of, "Lucy needs a transplant," and Daniel will have to step up.

Though it could go a lot of ways...he is def becoming fixated on her, and he has now let Lily into the secret...who knows?

Yeah - I was wondering why Victoria didn't even bother questioning where Billy got the baby from or why no home study or interviews were done.

I'm sure we'll get the "Lucy needs a transplant" storyline, which all soaps seem to love doing. ITA that this will only lead to heartbreak for all involved.

I know its coming, but I wont be happy...starting to really like that little Father Knows Best house scenario.

But even worse...Billy and Vikky could both end up in prison...but of course this is soapyland, so they'll get off somehow.

Yeah - no one ever really goes to prison on soaps unless they're temporary characters or the actor is leaving the show. I remember this one character on Days who went to jail and never came back and it's been something like 20 years - lol! It was some minor offence but the poor guy is still there, or I'm assuming he is. I stopped watching Days awhile back.

I sure hope he don't mess around and let them fall in love with that kid and he decides he wants her when he has maintained he didn't wnnt anything to do with her all along. His marriage broke up because he didn't want a child.

I think that's just what's going to happen. He'll realize at some point that he wants Lucy in his life and will barge in with no regard for her, thinking only of himself, and rip that baby out of their arms.
