Nothing. When I'm in a down mood, my stomach is in knots and I have no appetite at all....

^^^^^^ I agree. I don't find comfort in food. A long jog usually makes me feel better.

No such thing as comfort food for me but comfort BUD on the other hand works every time.

I don't really eat alot of solid food when I'm down but I DRINK alot then. If I'm sad or mad, I will guzzle 2 Cokes!

I don't eat much either when I am down. But if I was in the mood for a comfort food when I am maybe tired or have an injury, it is usually a food like pizza that is high in fat, and I justify it because I am treating myself!

Normally I don't either, but I do remember the joy of finding eggplant parmesan in India and getting comfort from imported Quaker oatmeal in Afghanistan.

Personally, I'm much more prone to eat (items with carbs and frosting) when I am thrilled about something than when I am upset, or down.
