Fast food horror stories

Do you have any? They don't have to be 'horror' stories, per se. They could just be any instances that stick out in your mind as plain old poor service on their end.

My sister told my mother one night when they were at a Quiznos, one of the women there found a large knife in her sandwich that apparently SOME worker had forgotten about, and they found the guy responsible for the slipout, and didn't do anything with him about it.

This isn't really a horror story, but sticks in my mind from years ago. We stopped at a drive through in Burger King. It was taking a very long time and the line was not moving. So, I went inside. In the whole place, only one guy had showed up for work and was doing all the work all alone. I asked him if he wanted us to help him for a while, and he thought about it for a few seconds but thought he might get in trouble if we did. I felt really bad for him.

Not a horror story but I did once get a burger at a fast food place where they must have thought I wanted them to hold the meat. Annoyed but still mildly amused & it was easily fixed.

I once got food poisoning from a Taco Bell around here that was known for being sleazy. Never ate there again after that.

All my fast food horror stories have to do with WORKING in fast food and being treated like crap by the manager I worked for and some customers.

When a customer yells at your manager for the way he's treating you, and tells you "You don't have to take that, you don't deserve to be treated that way!" I guess that should be a clue that your manager is an ass...But it was my first real job and I just figured "that's life".

Unless somebody wants to hear about this one Coney Island burger joint that screwed up my order once, can't say that I have a good horror or bad service story to tell.

kinda reminds me of when i worked at a jack in the box...me an 2 other co-workers all walked out on the assist manager.. i wasnt sure exactly wat was happenin at the time, but they were like, ay we are leavin. i asked why? they said that assist was bein a bitch. they was like u comin? i thought bout it for a sec, i was like hell yea, i dont wanna be stuck here wit her. i wasnt too fond of assist mngr anyway. so we walked out on her leavin her there by herself.

o no, we were DONE

Thankfully nothing more than screwing up an order now and then. I’ve never found insects or body parts in my meal if that's what you mean. That I know of anyway. I do tend to eat too fast.
