There are so many animals here I'm almost at a point where a small non-poisonous one wouldn't bother me.

Is that the one-eyed snake?Tony Marino wrote:Nah, I already got one now, don't need another one.
I wouldn't mind if there was a vegetarian snake, but I happen to like mice and couldn't bring myself to feed one to a reptile.

No. Snakes don't bother me a bit but I'm not into exotic pets. My brother and his roomate "inherited" a tarantula years ago. Everyone who (still) came to visit always checked to make sure Boris was still in his terrarium before they took their coat off

No, because of this:

I heard the 911 call when this happened and it was one of the most haunting things I've ever heard.

My dad has an albino corn snake. It eats the cutest little mice. He also has a tarantula.

Snakes belong at the zoo. The only animals I would domesticate would be one that barks, purrs, or swims around in a tank.

Re: Would you keep a snake for a pet?
When I saw this question I originally posted no because I'd be too afraid he'd eat my cat. Then I realized how that sounded.
But no, no fanged reptiles for me.

Re: Would you keep a snake for a pet?
No snakes, or reptiles, for me. I'm scared of snakes - only slightly less scared of snakes than I am of spiders. I like cute, furry pets - dogs, cats - and I like fish.
Cateyes - depending on the size of the snake, your little cat might have good reason to worry.
