Frequently, yes. I set the timer so it's not playing all night. Which would probably wake me back up.

I used to do that. Needed the tv or radio on all night. But haven't done it for a while now.

Same here.
I can't stand when my next door neighbor has their TV on while I'm trying to sleep and have to have the A/C blowing on me and earplugs in order to sleep.

i used to when i was like a teenager, id have tv or radio on, but then i stopped til just a few months ago, i do tend to leave tv, since i have direct tv i fall asleep to the music station on there

I did that for I think years on end, I really can't remember now, I've only stopped a few months back and only on occasion now still do it. The thing that I'm still getting back in the habit of is sleeping with the lights off because I often fall asleep reading.

I used to also sleep with the radio on when I was a teen too. Ocassionally I'll fall asleep with the TV on.

Nope. I need complete darkness and no sound when I'm going to sleep. I used to let the quiet story segment on the radio put me to sleep but that was a long time ago.

Nope - I like a dark room, though sometime I'll nap during the day with the TV on but at night, it's too bright.
