    Do you get sleepy after you eat? I just ate like 4 quesadillas and now I'm very sleepy! boring
    Dont wanna go to sleep cause eating & sleeping causes weight gain but the sandman is trying to get me!

    and yes i do more often than i should.. i don't like to eat and go straight to bed..

    I try not to. But I have when we have eaten out later in the evening.

    No I usually don't sleep after I eat because I don't usually eat late. There's still things for me to do after dinner so I get up and move.

    I try never to go to bed on a full stomach, I force myself to stay up for at least an hour or more if I eat late.

    I try not to because it's not good for you. I have crazy eating patterns anyway. But in the hood, that's called the 'itis. Yes I've had that. You should be good if you don't do it often.

    I try to avoid sleeping and sitting after I eat dinner. The times I have slept after eating was never comfortable, because I was bloated.
