The NeverEnding Story

WOW, that's about all I can say about this movie.


We saw it for the first time last night, and my mother any time it's something so far out, the writers HAD to be stoned, that's her outlook on it...I loved the movie. I'm wondering if the sequels are any good, and I also found out yesterday that this movie is also being remade. Right now it's too soon to tell anything but I wonder if the remake is going to be any good.

I loved the movie too I have seen it a few times.

Has anybody seen parts 2 and 3?

Liked the original, thought the first sequel sucked and didn't bother with the second. By all means though, check either out for yourself. Your results may vary.

I saw the second Neverending Story a while back and...this is supposed to be the second half of the book and on its own I guess it's okay but as a direct sequel, it does kind of suck because they didn't even bother trying to get a kid who remotely looked like the first Bastian, instead they get a blonde kid who looks like a girl. Now one thing I always wondered about the second movie, every time Bastian made a wish he lost some of his memories, what would've happened if he would've wished for his memories back?

wow.. great movie... this one is right up your alley too..cant believe you never saw it! The soundtrack was a major hit in its day too!

I was put off by the replacement of the actor... and did not watch the sequel because of it.
