As a former smoker who still struggles with it, I've thought about it. But there's just not enough information out there. They could be even worse. I know there's no regulation. So I'm not going for it. Yet.

They're supposed to be similar but without the chemicals added to regular tobacco. Whether or not that's true remains to be seen because you're still inhaling something. There's nothing burning, so there's no second hand smoke either. It's being advertised as a cheaper alternative. But without any regulation there's no real way of knowing if it's a safer one.
