^^^^I actually don't blame Obama just because he's the sitting president. And Clinton's economic "growth" was heavily overstated. (But, not getting into that here) But that's beside the point. Clinton's suckage was largely due to other reasons. The major point is that as much as Clinton sucked, Obama sucks worse. The guy is just falling apart.

They happened during a Republican congress so people could attribute that to them on the same logic as others do to Clinton. Or people could say how by the time he left office, the economy had turned the other way. Well you kept pointing out all of these great things Clinton did, all on his own. What's Obama done good? His entire presidency has been one disaster after another. From healthcare, to the bailouts, to the stimulus, to his empty promises, to the guy's total arrogant cluelessness everytime somebody gives him a microphone. The guy's numbers are in the tank cause America realizes what an empty suit Obama is. Obama just has failed on all levels, and people are realizing it. (Hence the low numbers.)

Bill Clinton didn't suck. Monica Lewinsky sucked and that's about the worst thing I can say about him.

If I remember correctly, in an interview MTV during the elections, the President adamantly stated that we have to be stricter on immigration. Where is this coming from? I thought Obama was always pro-stricter immigration laws, particularly when it came to the labor force.

I am not the least bit surprised nor worried for that matter. In fact the Gallup editor in chief, Frank Newport said about a month ago that President Obama's approval rating was surprising given the state of the economy. And President Obama angered progressive/liberal/Democrats and we've had a scary week on wall street since then. So I kind of figured it would be coming.

No, what I've given you were facts that cannot be disputed and that you won't admit to because it doesn't help your argument any. Clinton presided over it. I didn't go off topic by asking you a question. Clinton wasn't impressive on defense? What did you want him to do, waste taxpayer money on senseless and needless wars and build weapons that destroy humanity and life? Lord knows we need more of that. He's kept this country from going into another Depression. The economy wasn't going to turn around in two years. It's not going to turn around in TEN years.

This could very well be who he'll be running against in '12. Don't think history couldn't repeat itself (1992) but for the wrong outcome. "Let's all join hands, bow our heads and pray the economy gets better." Pres. Perry would be an idiot's delight.

Obama's numbers aren't better than Bush's were. It took Bush into his second term to sink this low. lol

Of course, again, this thread is about Obama. Obama is an even bigger joke. Obama's been a failure in just about everything. And his poll numbers are slowly, but surely, reflecting that. I think Obama was his own undoing too. Clinton was better at making himself look good than Obama is.
