| I had to work that day. After work, I think I ordered a pizza and rented a movie. Nothing special. If I recall, it was the middle of the week. My friends and I went out to celebrate that following weekend. | |

| I can't even remember, to be honest. I think I chilled with my bf at the time. As far as alcohol and clubs go, I have a friend who is two years older than me who worked at two of the 21+ Jersey hotspots, so I had been getting in and sipping the sizzurp for two or three years before turning that legal age. | |

| The day i turned 21, I made a trip to the store for sole purpose of using my ID. Bought a bunch of beer, they didn't even card me. Took it home and let it sit for a few days before I forced myself to drink it.

Same here. I forgot to request the day off and ended up having to work (why I didn't call off is beyond me.) I probably had to work the next day too because I didn't do much that night. | |

Well, I was probably at home because that was the week I returned from a year-and-a-half of overseas duty in the Air Force. So, it probably went without too much notice, rather anti-climactic at that point.
I was old enuf to legally drink alcohol. Big Whoop! Been getting fall-down drunk in Turkey since I was 19.
If I was home on leave before going to my next duty station I probably had homemade chocolate cake with chocolate icing and vanilla ice cream. That's what mothers give their warrior sons. | |
