I had to chuckle today when Nora vowed to Marty that she would take Todd down for her. Woman, please. When it comes to Todd, Nora you are like Elmer Fudd. If it has not happened by now, my guess is that it never will.

Empty threat. As a district attorney, Nora is completely inept. This never more than obvious than when she attempts to go after Todd. For years she's been itching to have put him under the jail, and still hasn't figured out a way to do it. Even that Hugh Hughes lackey managed to get him sentenced to death, while Nora can't even get Todd fined for jaywalking.

They have no physical evidence tying Todd to this crime except now the word of a manic depressive psychopath teen girl that will claim she saw him push her. Since Johnny has the forensic evidence (one fiber that could have belonged to hundreds of people) he can do his job and bring Hannah to justice if it was her that pushed Marty. I think it was her, she saw an opportunity to do something that would come in between Cole and Starr so she took it. Lord knows what the heck she sees in Cole, she is so attractive and he looks like a Wishnick (Troll).

I can believe Todd will get convicted for this. He only gets convicted of what he's innocent of. When he's guilty, he's more likely to walk.

So true about Nora. She couldn't so much as get Todd cited for throwing a gum wrapper on the floor. Nora shouldn't ever be involved in any kind of case involving Todd anyway. It's the very definition of "conflict of interest", which no doubt plays into why she tends to lose at prosecuting him.
