How haven't these two implicated themselves yet? They are so liberated in discussion their various schemes and crimes any time and anywhere. I just had to eye roll at how they talked about what they were doing in Clint's room, right in front of him, even if he was unconscious.

Well Clint already knows what their scheme is and if you notice, everytime someone finds out about them, they either strike a deal for silence (ala Tess in Courtroom) or blackmail someone (ala Dorian in Hospital). Its just plain ridiculous and very poor writing, someone would have exposed them already.
