Not right off hand. That's why it makes me laugh SO many movies come straight out on video and you KNOW that's a sure sign it's going to suck, otherwise they would've been able to get a theatrical release where they could charge twice the price per viewing.

The saddest are the straight-to-video sequels of films that saw a theatrical release. Talk about be graded a D- by the teacher.

I can't really say because I have no idea whether a film had a theatrical release or not when it shows up on cable. I have seen some that I have my suspicions about but they sucked to begin with.
