    i liked the movie and show.. i liked the movie better tho..

    i still would like to watch the series from beginning to end.. i remember i really got into them when they started showin the show on bet..wait was it bet or centric?

    For a while the series aired on BETJ/Centric late at night....then they started messing around with the air times, and I lost track of it.

    I liked the movie better too. The characters (except Teri) were more likable in the movie.

    I like the movie better. The show was okay, I got into it later though.

    I liked the movie alot. I remember I saw it twice when it was at theaters back in '97. The show I didn't love. I started watching near the end, when it was going off the air. Then caught a few of the reruns on Centric later. The characters aren't as warm in the series as they were in the film. The kid Ahmad especially.
